Lord Viktor is a young Hooligan who strives for greatness within the My Pet Hooligan ecosystem. He's on a mission to make Hooligan #8621 and the Karrot Force famous.
He loves to create content, draw and write Hooligan lore when he is not dominating in the My Pet Hooligan game
